倚林香溪畔，聆聽秋語聲 | 康橋·香溪郡 香溪郡，康橋的信仰平墅大宅。位于鄭州素有“長安街”之稱的金水路東段，坐擁綠博園方特游樂園、極地海洋世界、北大附屬幼兒園、品牌小學(xué)等周邊一系列休閑生態(tài)資源與一站式教育體系。 Fragrant Town is located in the east section of golden waterway, known as "chang 'an street" in zhengzhou, it has a series of surrounding leisure ecological resources and one-stop education system, such as the fangte amusement park, polar ocean world, kindergarten affiliated to Peking University and brand primary school. / 設(shè)計(jì)理念 / 起初神創(chuàng)造天地，地是空虛混沌，淵面黑暗，神的靈運(yùn)行在水面上。神說：要有光。于是，便有了光。 — — 出自圣經(jīng) 創(chuàng)世紀(jì)第一章(Genesis) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth, and the earth was without form, and void,darkness was upon the face of the deep. The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters, and God said, Let there be light, then there was light. 世間要有光，而萬物向陽生長。人與自然的趨光性，決定了建筑是捕捉光的容器，更是光的承載體。
因此，本案— — 香溪郡三、五號(hào)院，設(shè)計(jì)師以“空間向陽性”作為室內(nèi)方案的設(shè)計(jì)原則，在空間原有的結(jié)構(gòu)上，將室內(nèi)布局盡可能地向陽光延展開來。基于外部景觀已然兼容北方園林的磅礴大氣和南方景觀的精巧唯美，故此在室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)手法上采取虛實(shí)結(jié)合，延續(xù)景觀特性，打開人與自然更多觸點(diǎn)，營造生態(tài)且兼具人文創(chuàng)意的陽光美墅。 There should be light in the world, and all things grow toward the sun. The luminosity of human and nature determines that architecture is the vessel to capture light and the carrier of light. Accordingly, this case --, xiang xi county 3, 5 courtyard, stylist regards "space is positive" the design principle of interior program, go up in dimensional original structure, extend interior layout as far as possible to sunshine. As the exterior landscape already compatible with the magnificent atmosphere of the northern garden and the exquisite beauty of the southern landscape, the combination of virtuality and reality is adopted in the interior design method to continue the characteristics of the landscape, open more contacts between human and nature, and create an ecological and humanistic beautiful villa.
